Hold a bar and hang yourself into it, while slowly bringing yourself all the way up to the bar. Hold yourself for a short period while still on top, and then go all the way down in a slow motion. Repeat the movement all over again.

Seated DB Shoulder Press

This exercise is considered to be one of the best exercise to gain muscle and is done sitting on a bench while both hands are holding the dumbbells at shoulder level and then slowly bringing them up, overhead. Avoid locking your elbows out when doing this motion. Bring the dumbbells down slowly and repeat the process again.


Incline Bicep Curls

Sit on a bench and hold the dumbbells while leaving your arms to hang down on the side of the bench. Keep your elbows on hold while lifting the dumbbells up in a slow and controlled motion. Pause for a little bit while the dumbbells are up, and then bring them down again.

Squat

Begin the exercise in a standing position and keep your feet apart from each other in a shoulder width and slowly bend down your knees and hips. When you descend, do it as if you are about to sit on a chair and keep on descending until your thighs will be in parallel with the floor. Slowly bring yourself up and keep your torso to a hold with the same angle with the floor and do not let your knees touch each other, and then do the exercise again.

Standing Calve Raises

Do this by standing straight with your knees locked and place a barbell across the back of your shoulders. Position your feet at the edge of a chair with your toes pointing forward and then lower your heels as far as possible. And then, raise your heels up slowly, until such time that you are back to the standing position and then start all over again.


Deadlifts

With your feet flatten on the floor that's beneath the bar, squat down and grasp the bar at shoulder width. And then lift the bar slowly while extending your hips as well as your knees to full extensions. And finally, pull your shoulders back at top of lift and then repeat.
